Q. Why do you sell lights if you're not a business?
A. I am always buying new lights - I have to pay for them somehow, so I sell lights to buy lights. Collecting lights is one of my hobbies - and I'm looking to get lights I don't have. To do that, I have to let some others go.

Q. Why should I buy lights from you? Aren't they cheaper on eBay?
A. Yes, probably in most cases. But some reasons to buy from me are:
  1. all my lights have been tested and they work! If I get a lemon from Hong Kong or China, you don't have to hassle with it. And you don't have to wait six weeks for it to come in the mail!
  2. if you're local to central North Carolina, possibly we can meet in person - if so, there's no shipping cost or sales tax.
  3. some of my lights are one-of-a-kind, or hard to find elsewhere.
  4. I try to live by the Golden Rule. I want to treat people right. I'm not out to make a profit. I'd rather you be satisfied with your light, than to make money on it.

Q. How much for shipping?
A. Usually $3 to $5 for first-class mail. If you want it sent insured, priority mail or UPS, let me know and I will calculate it and get back to you. If you are local to central North Carolina (Greensboro, Burlington, Mebane, Hillsborough, Durham) maybe we can meet in person and save you the shipping cost.
Bonus: If you buy a flashlight from me that uses CR123 cells, I will include brand new, good quality lithium CR123 cells (whichever brand I happen to be using myself, at the time) for only $1.50 each! This offer is only good for as many CR123 cells as the lights you purchase from me will hold.
Since I'm a collector, I may be interested in trading lights or parts. I'm especially interested in 6P-compatible lights and parts, but I have lots of other interests, too. It never hurts to ask!
